Brand new, lightly used, weighs about 2800 pounds. Easy to tow! Very accessible. TV that connects to mobile hotspot wifi from your smartphone phone. Bathroom, shower, sink, gas stove, air conditioning, and much more! All pets must be approved by me before renting. Under 25 pounds. This is a small camper and is not meant to house an animal, but a small animal may be okay. Also great to post up and pull the awning out to sit in the shade on hot summer days. Treat her like she's yours!
