4.0We enjoyed this camper and would rent it again! Communication took some persistence but worked out fine. The trailer was delivered a day early, which was great, and that removed any issue we would have had with a couple hiccups since the host was able to get those remedied before our trip. There were previous reviews about the smell from the tank, and we noticed that as well after a day or two with minimal usage. My husband realized that the toilet bowl didn't hold any water and so replaced the valve thing, thinking the seal was broken, but realized while doing so that it had likely just gotten out of place. Either way, we had no more problems with the odor after that so there should be no issue going forward.

5.0Taty and Orvis communicated very quickly and efficiently. They were very accommodating to some special requests I had regarding timing of pickup and drop off, as well as my general use case. There was some confusion understanding what was included versus not included based on the the pre acceptance listing and post acceptance view. It was cleared up through quick communication via the in app messages and texts/phone calls outside of the app. The camper was as presented and everything worked well except for the TV. (Remote batteries coroded, and need to be replaced). No biggie to us, we didn't plan on using the TV. Our biggest challenge was the odor coming from the empty septic tank that was typically confided to the bathroom. The issue was present as soon as we pulled away and the tank was jostled around. The gauge read as empty, and it was empty. We used the deodorizer provided, had the waste pumped out ourselves to verify it was empty, and it still was very pungent.
