Great for couples, or a small family (if someone does not mind tenting out the door, that's how our family has done it in the past). There is 1 bed, and 1 small sofa that a child can sleep on. Family of 3 would be max if everyone is sleeping in the trailer. There is power and water, also included is a portable tank if there is no sewage nearby.
