Purchased new in September 2018. We immediately replaced the queen mattress that came from the factory with a high-end foam mattress for greater comfort. We provide bed linens and comforters, pillows, toaster, coffee maker, dish drainer rack.
Unit weighs approximately 4,500 pounds (dry/empty weight), so it is easily towed by a half-ton pickup or full-sized SUV with a towing capacity of at least 6,000 lbs. Tow vehicle must be equipped with an electric trailer brake controller.
