5.0Our first time renting a RV and it was a great experience. It was fully load with everything you need and very comfortable. Communication was from start to finish any issues I had, he will respond almost right away. Will rent again in the future.

4.0The unit was clean and in great condition. Ricardo was an excellent host as well. Set up was about 4 hours late, due to a late guest previously so that caused us to miss out on a few hours of the agreed upon time. Also, there were many basic amenities that you need that weren’t there - very few kitchen utensils, nothing to use in the oven, half a roll of toilet paper, no hand towels or wash cloths, no dish soap, and no utensils for the griddle outside. Everything was in good working order. If you need a rental to just sleep at Disney, and don’t plan on cooking much, then this one is great.
