Sink, 2 burner Stovetop, Fridge, Microwave, Heater and Air conditioner, Toilet, Inside Shower and outside Shower, power Awning, Storage and a BBQ. Radio, Indoor and Outdoor Speakers. Trailer has Weight Distribution hitch (fits 2 inch ball) and brakes if towing vehicle has brake controller. Observation camera shows what is happening behind the trailer during entire trip, not only while reversing. Smoke / Carbon Monoxide detector. Beeps when losing power if electrical cord not plugged into power. Portable Fire Extinguisher.
Pillows, linens, bedsheets or sleeping bags not provided. Owner can provide dishes and utensils.
Trailer to be returned clean and with Sewage Tank emptied.
