Gross Weight 4400, tows with anti-sway bars.Sleeps 5 with bunkhouse, kitchen with propane(included) stovetop, convection microwave, and largish fridge and freezer.Cooking supplies, flatware, dishes, dish soap, washcloths, towels, table cloth, and bedding are not supplied, however please let us know if you need these supplies.Pet-Friendly. No Smoking or Vaping.The awning should not be used in heavy rain, wind, or unattended.Outside equipment (propane stove, propane grill, chairs, tent) are not included, however may be upon request, if available.TV with antenna included.3000W generator is available for rent for use with dry camping.Excessive need for cleaning will charge your deposit.Be mindful of the black tank. Do not flush feminine products or large portions of toilet paper. Please provide the tank with plenty of water and pod to assist with the breakdown of solids.Please note, delivery and set up are fee services. Delivery charges should include two-way mileage. Delivery is available anytime on weekends, before noon on weekdays.
