Provides clear guidance, responsive

Host(s) Courtney, Nate, and Colleen are consistently helpful, responsive, and provide detailed instructions for RV use and towing. They assist with hook-up, answer questions quickly, and sometimes offer delivery services.

Easy to tow, family-friendly

The camper is praised for being easy to tow and clean, with A/C, bunk beds, and provided extras like cups. It fits various family sizes. Some issues reported include fast battery drain, a not-empty black water tank, and a firm bed.

The RV was perfect for our 4 nights camping in the smoky mountains! Nate walked us through everything we needed to know before taking off and helped us hook up. Communication was easy and the extras in the camper (cups, bowls, paper towels, etc) were super handy. Was a great RV experience!
