Fuel level must be full when returned or a convenience fee of $50 plus a charge of $5.oo per gallon will be assessed.
Propane must also be topped off and grey and black tanks emptied before return unless prepaid for drop off package. If returned tanks returned not emptied and propane not filled there will be a $300 fee.
We also reserve the right to charge above the $150 cleaning fee if RV requires us to have the interior detailed. If a detail is needed you will be responsible for the full cost in addition to the cleaning fee already paid.
Our RV is smoke free and there will be a $1000 fee if not followed.
Our RV is not made to leave a paved road, gravel road to RV spots acceptable. Dirt mountain roads are not, off-roading fee of $500 will be accessed. No Burning Man. $10,000 fee in addition to cleaning and repairs if taken to Burning Man.
