Travel Trailer is in excellent condition. It comfortably sleeps 2 in queen size bedroom. Queen bed has mattress and 4" tempur-pedic matt. Will comfortably sleep (2)midsize children on fold out couch as well. Equipped with rear kitchen with wrap around counter for sufficient food prepping space. Has full size living room equipped with (2)seated couch and (2)recliners. Kitchen space is clear of the living/entertainment space. Stand up shower is between the master bedroom, and living room. There are (2)doors which enter/exit shower room. Also there is hall leading to the back bedroom so do not have to travel through shower room to access bedroom. Really great layout for a couple plus (2)children who likes to camp in luxury. Most camper layouts this size have the living space kitchen kind of integrated which creates disruption, and odd angles to relax. Where this trailer suffers is there are no bunk beds for additional guests but as mentioned its geared for couples with (2)mid size children max.
