The RV was delivered within the promised 1–4 p.m. window, but it arrived right at 4:00 and wasn't ready for use. It was dirty, with stains and rust around the bathroom sink, dirty floors, food crumbs in the refrigerator, marks on the ceiling, and even human waste left in the toilet. The plumbing was also hooked up incorrectly—only the black tank was connected, so we had to call someone back to hook up the gray water. The promised outdoor rugs and chairs were also missing. We were told we'd be refunded the cleaning fee because of the RV's condition, but never received it. The RV itself was nice and worked well once everything was corrected, but we spent the beginning of our trip dealing with issues that should have been taken care of before delivery. I hope future customers receive a clean, fully set-up RV as promised.

The delayed communication was somewhat frustrating. The camper wasn’t fully stocked as specified. The shower leaked, there was left over food from the previous rental. The camper over all worked for what we needed but the rental itself was disappointing

entire weekend ruined, 1st. rv over an 1.5 hour late after agreed drop off time. 2nd. was dirty and had not been cleaned in awhile. 3rd A/C barely worked enough to get under 82 degrees(partly due to vents have not been cleanedin years). 4th fridge wasn't cooling(blown fuse). 5th hot water wasn't working (blown fuse). 6th waste tubes with cracks and holes leaking waste on ground. no follow-up prior to reservation date, unless I initiated. although all of the items were addressed and I was told by an owner they wanted to make it right, I have yet to hear anything after RV was picked up. the right thing would be to return my money since it essentially ruined a father's day 4 day camping trip. stay away from this RV and any others owned by this host. It should be embarrassing to any owner to have a client ever experience this type of complete failure. it disappointing I have to give 1 star when this deserves less then zero stars

Slow to respond to questions. Setup arrived late, had issue with sewage backing up. Didn't know I needed to dump every 2 days. Last night hotwater went out had error code E-5, sent message and no response. Cold shower night. Awning over made part of RV not functioning. Overall nice RV lots of space.

Roomy and very accommodating; convenient drop off and excellent communication- most of all patience with me!
