Due to an issue caused by a previous guest, the host was not able to provide the vehicle we rented. I greatly appreciated them finding another vehicle for us at the last minute instead of cancelling. We had some issues while on the trip, but the host did his best to resolve them. My only complaint is that communication through the app was not as responsive as I would have liked.
