All dishes cleaned, trash removed, and surfaces wiped down. If you prefer, a cleaning fee can be added in advance so you don’t have to worry about it. • Black and grey tanks must be emptied before return unless dump service is pre-arranged. • Fresh water tank should be refilled only with potable water. • Return propane tanks at the same level as departure (or opt for prepay refill). • Pets are welcome on approval — please message first. • A pet cleaning fee may apply to cover extra cleaning. • Late returns may incur a fee unless arranged in advance. • Tow vehicle must have a 7-pin connector and trailer brake controller.
