• Any urine, hair or excess cleaning will be charged at excess deep cleaning rate of $60 per hour.
There are two 20 lb propane tanks. One will be fully filled and the other will have the remainder from the prior rental. Please use up the partially full tank first before using the second tank. You will be charged local propane rates for any propane used.
