•• **DELIVERY & PICKUP TIMES** We understand traffic and adventures don't always run exactly on schedule! Please communicate delays as soon as possible. During holiday weekends in San Diego, we strongly recommend allowing at least 1 additional hour of drive time. • **SCHEDULING & WAIT TIME:** Due to multiple deliveries, pickups and returns, we ask that all renters be on time and available within the 1-hour window provided in their reservation. Staying within your scheduled window helps us keep our schedule and prevents delays for other renters. Additional wait time is charged at $50 per hour, with a 1-hour minimum. **Campsite Delivery:** Standard delivery is between 1–2 PM, with guest handoff at approximately 2 PM. **Campsite Pickup:** Standard pickup is 11 AM. **Towable Pickup/Return:** Per reservation. After-dark returns are not permitted. • **DRY CAMPING / PARTIAL HOOKUPS** Please know your campsite hookups prior to arrival. **No Power:** Standard outlets and A/C will not operate without shore power. The refrigerator and lights can operate from the batteries, but power is limited. Please conserve battery use. **No Water Hookup:** Fresh-water capacity is approximately **30 gallons**. Once empty, you will not have running water unless refilled. Remember: water used inside also fills the waste tanks. **No Sewer Hookup:** Gray water (sinks/shower) and black water (toilet) are stored in separate tanks with approximately **28 gallons each**. They do not transfer between tanks. Gray water can fill quickly, especially from showers. When campground facilities are available, we recommend using them to conserve tank capacity. Festival and special-event bookings are welcome but must be approved before booking. Please provide the event name, location and a brief trip description.
