** To avoid an additional cleaning fee, please return the trailer in the same condition it was upon departure ($65). This includes washing all kitchen items that were used during the trip; wiping down counters, bathroom, toilet; and sweeping the floor. Inspection when trailer is returned. Clean supplies are provided for inside. Excessive mud/dirt may be extra.
** Empty black and grey tanks at dumping station to avoid an additional dumping fee ($50). Please empty the black and grey tanks prior to returning the trailer. All necessary hoses and attachments are included in the rental. Plastic gloves are also included. Failure to empty the tanks will result in an automatic $50 fee.
** Propane tanks will be full upon pick-up. Please return full. $40 fee for failure to return full or pay the $40 up front and return empty.
** Must wait outside at least 10 minutes before returning inside after smoking.
** Fee for violating pet rule or pet damage (small pets only).
