This like new '21, beautifully modern, home away from home is the perfect way to spend time with your family. RV can sleep up to 8, however recommend 5-6 comfortably. Whether you want to see the rocky mountains or stay close within the beautiful hill country of Texas, we are here for you every step of the way!

We used the RV as sleeping quarters at a family reunion and it worked perfect. We had nowhere to plug in the 30amp power, so we used the generator that came with the RV, and it worked great. The hosts were very responsive and easy to work with. They delivered and picked up without issue. Overall a great experience.

Everything was great from the time I booked Christy was always here to answer ant questions u had. Mike was right on time to deliver and set up the camper of us. The camper was nice and clean. It was a comfortable stay. Mike also was right on time to pick the camper up. It was my first time renting a camper and it was a super easy process and experience. Thanks Christy and Mike. , great customer service.

Q.Will a charge apply for excessive cleaning upon return?

Yes. We will charge $100 excessive cleaning fee upon return if RV is not returned in similar-like condition as you received it.
Q.Will a charge apply if the tanks are not properly cleaned and dumped?
A.
Yes, we will charge at $75 fee if tanks are not completely dumped upon return. Unless discussed ahead of time in which we charge a smaller fee.
Q.Generator General Questions
A.
We go have a generator. We allow unlimited use for $50 one time charge. It can run on gas or propane. Although it is unlimited use (upon request), we will not provide the fuel for the entire length of the trip. It is the renters responsibility to fill the tanks throughout the trip and return the tanks at the fuel level as it was when the rental began.

We do charge $50 to provide these items. If items are missing or damaged at the end of the trip then we will charge based on assessment of these items.
