Ginnie Springs and Guests booking campgrounds with no sewer connection - please review below: We strongly recommend using the camp showers.Unless you are on an extended stay (3 days or more), the black water tank (toilet tank) is sufficient. However, the grey water tank (shower and sink tank) will fill quickly. The water pump runs about 3 gallons per minute and the average shower is 7 - 10 minutes – that is 21 - 30 gallons on one typical, unmanaged shower. The grey water tank capacity is 30 gallons.
Fresh Water Management
Fresh water tank capacity: 21 Gallons (WE DO NOT Recommend Drinking THE Water From THE Fresh Water Tank)
8 to 10 gallons of fresh water should allow one camp shower
A camp shower means:
• Wet your body, turn the water off, soap up, turn the water on and rinse and wet hair, turn water off, shampoo hair, turn the water on and rinse shampoo off, turn the water off, apply conditioner, turn the water on for a final rinse, turn the water off. That’s about 8 gallons.
Wastewater Management
Grey water tank capacity: 30 Gallons
Grey water is water from the shower and the sinks. In general, about 80% of your fresh water will end up in your grey water tank. When the tank is full, it will need to be emptied at the campground dump station. This can not be released on the ground.
Black water tank capacity: 30 Gallons
Black water is from the RV toilet. In general, around 20% of your fresh water will end up in your black water tank. When the tank is full, it will need to be emptied at the campground dump station. You may unhook and transport your RV to the dump station.
Tips to conserve water include using campground showers and toilets when available rather than the RV shower and toilet. Also reduce the number of times you wash dishes to once a day and by using paper plates and plastic dinnerware. Hot water is not an issue since its a tankless system.~If you choose to get the outdoor dog fence there are 16 panels that go together with a bar, its super simple to set up and can be done by 1 person. You can use all panels or use 4 panels, the size can be a square, rectangle, triangle, circle whatever...There are 2 entry doors that are part of the panels so you can get in and out.~Please do not climb on the roof. The awning should not be left open when you aren't at the camp site. The rv dealer said that they aren't built how they used to be and that the little bit of wind will lift it and break the extension arms. When not at the campsite make sure you close the awning.Qué incluyeWhats included besides the camper itself:Sleeping:

RecomendacionesWe like to stay at Spirt of the Suwannee Music Park in Live Oak- They have full hookup sites, pool, beach area off the river, golf cart rentals on site, access to the river with canoe/kayak rentals on site, game room and tons of live music that is free with your stay.
If you enjoy more so the beach area, we like to stay at the Kathryn Hannah Abbey Park in Jacksonville, park has tons of amenities and has the beach on one side and the river canal on the other. Otros detalles importantesLook at the added amenities to see if you need to add the pre paid dumping fee or maybe you want an outdoor table top grill.
No smoking inside the camper at all...take care of your pets if you are bringing them with you. Please remember that this is something that my family enjoys using as well and we are allowing for others to enjoy our home away from home when we aren't using it. Take care of it as if it was yours.

5Nice little camper. Very clean with everything working well. Had everything we needed for our family of four. Kids loved the bunk beds. My husband and I slept great with plenty of room and he is a decent sized guy. We will definitely rent again if in the area.

Frequently asked questions
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Generally, during daylight hours for pickup and dropping off. We ask this because we want to ensure all parties have a chance to ask any questions necessary, document anything they would like to document and ensure the connection is made safely. Outside of that, we are fairly flexible between 8:00am and 6:00pm Eastern for pickup and drop off.
Q.
Does the camper really sleep 5?
A.
Yes it does! If you are fairly comfortable with one another for sure. There is room for 1 adult on each bunk, 2 adults on the queen bed, and 1 adult on the dinette conversion. For the most comfort, we recommend two adults and two children though.
Q.
Do you allow "dry camping" or "boondocking"?
A.
No. For the most part, our experience has been most renters do not have enough experience with management of the extremely limited resources onboard a travel trailer to dry camp or boondock and have a positive experience. It is something that must be carefully overseen and well, most renters are looking for a fun weekend getaway without stress!
Q.
Do you allow smoking?
A.
Not in the camper! If you choose to smoke outside on the campground, that is up to you. However, evidence of smoking, vaping, drug use, etc... will result in forfeiture of your security deposit and the renter could incur additional costs.
