Our 2022 Springdale has only been used for one season. It is a perfect family space and sleeps 8 comfortably.
The queen-size bed has a pillow top pad for added comfort. The master has 2 closets and shelving for storage and a sliding door for privacy.
The bunkroom features 2 bunks, and 2 loungers that fold out as well. Bed rails are not included in the bunks, so please keep that in mind for younger ones.
The dinette folds out for additional sleeping space, and the couch folds out as well.
There is a main a/c unit, and an additional one in the bunk room. The camper also comes with a flat screen tv and Roku, color-changing fireplace, outdoor kitchen with 2 burners and small refrigerator. There is also an outdoor shower & additional camper access through the bathroom.Qué incluyeCamper will be stocked with bedding and towels for up to 8 people.

Please limit flushing of toilet paper, and do NOT flush wipes or any other sanitary products.
Camper is to remain stationary throughout entire stay.
Please be mindful of water use if you do not have water hookup. The fresh water tank is 52 gallons, and runs out quicker than you may think!
Also be mindful of how full your gray/black tanks are if you are not hooked to sewer. Sewer may back up inside the camper if tanks are not emptied appropriately.
No animals are allowed inside the camper at any time.
No smoking or vaping inside camper.
Failure to follow these directions will result in additional fees.
