Friendly, responsive, and accommodating
Guests consistently praise Brian for his politeness, helpfulness, and quick communication, making pickup and drop-off easy. He also assisted with issues, though one booking was canceled.
Well-equipped but significant mechanical issues
The trailer is clean and very well-stocked with amenities for camping. However, guests reported critical issues including batteries not holding charge, a non-functional heater, and two tire blowouts shortly after pickup, raising safety concerns.

4.0Brian was very nice and polite and the trailer was very clean and exactly as described. We did have an issue with the trailer batteries not holding a charge and even with the generator plugged in and running it did not have enough power to run the heater so it was very very cold at night. We did not use any cookware but the trailer came fully stocked with everything needed to make great meals inside wich was nice to have as a backup. With fresh batteries and a service on the heater I would absolutely be fully prepared to rent the trailer from Brian again as he made it a very quick and easy pickup and drop off for us.

1.0Unsafe trailer. Lost 2 tires within 30kms. Then charged me for a sani dump and propane. Tanks weren't full when I got them and black water tank gauge is stuck.

5.0From booking through The app, to the delivery and set up everything was remarkably easy. Our host Brayan was fantastic, so friendly, helpful, and there for you when you needed an answer. The RV was so nice and full of all the stuff you needed for a perfect camping experience. I would definitely recommend and Kim as your host for your next RV experience.

5.0Everything you could possibly need is in this trailer down to bug spray and lanterns. Easy to just show up and camp! Brian was very responsive with questions and made it so easy!

We have same day flexibility for drop off time and night before pick up is available so you may start your day earlier.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Have a Levelling App on your phone for setting up. For both front to back and side to side. There are pads to put trailer wheels on if you need to raise one side.

Any tips for Fridge and Freezer space?
A.
We recommend a bringing a drink cooler with ice. We put single use water bottles in the trailer freezer and rotate them into the drink cooler.
