• No smoking • Pets are OK, if none destructive • Towing behind the RV is allowed if pre-approved. • Pre-trip walk-thru is required to ensure proper handing of the RV prior to departure. • This is a family motor home, no parties or festivals allowed. • Parking available at pickup location for up to 2 vehicles • RV needs 12’ of height clearance. Watch for low roofs or low gas pumps. If you run into a low clearance area this will cause thousands of damage. • Everything must be clear of the slide outs before retracting. If not, damage will occur. • It’s easy to jump in and leave. Be sure to do a complete walk around to ensure water and electric are unhooked before you drive off. If connected and you drive away this will cause thousands of dollars in damage. • Fleet GPS tracking is utilized. Ensure safe speed is maintained (70 mph or less) and appropriate following distance is maintained as stopping takes longer than passenger vehicles. • RV makes wide turns. Be sure to watch the back corners when pulling out of camping spots or gas stations. • Park on paved, gravel or other solid surfaces. Grassy or muddy areas can be problematic • We ask that our RV is brought back in the same condition it was in at pick up. • You must refuel the vehicle with regular unleaded gasoline to the same fuel level you received. • Gray and black water tanks must be emptied or a fee will be charged to empty the tanks upon return. There is a dump station 2-miles from pickup location. • No trash or personal items be left behind and all kitchen items be put back in its place and clean. • Please leave used bedding unmade so it is clear which ones were utilized. • The renter must report all damages or mechanical failure immediately and may not self-repair without authorization. There is a surcharge for each unreported instance of damage by the renter. • Roof is off limits
