30 amp 22 foot travel trailer. Beautiful clean and modern travel trailer. Sleeps up to four people. The queen sized mattress is memory foam, very cozy for sleeping. The couch opens up to a full size bed. Blankets, linens and pillows are included. The kitchen has a two burner stovetop with exhaust fan and a convection oven/microwave. It has a nice sized refrigerator with a freezer. Included are a small coffee maker and toaster. There are enough dishes and cookware for four as well as salt, pepper and cooking oil. Beautiful bathroom with a toilet, shower and exhaust fan. The water heater has a six gallon capacity, enough for one really nice camping shower or two short ones. The A/C unit works very well. The heater will smoke out the trailer and burn the propane too fast so I include a plug in electric heater instead as needed. There is a tv and a dvd player.
