Diesel powered Freightliner chassis. Super C that sleeps 8. Fun and easy to drive. 2 slides. Large 2 door residential refrigerator with freezer and icemaker. It has all the top of the line goodies! 12-14 MPG (if driven conservatively) Great family rig with plenty of storage. 1800 watt inverter allows for TV in use while traveling without running the generator. Stuff happens, and when it does let me know so I can fix it before the next person takes it out and I don't get surprised. Don't bring it up into the snow without prior authorization. No smoking. Ask as many questions as you want and I won't get mad at you! Bring it back clean or feel free to wash it at the truck stop down the road, or in my driveway.

No smoking...That will be a $500 fine. Pets are OK. So are kids! No towing without permission. Put up the awning at night and during high winds. Damage to awnings will come out of the security deposit. You may be personally liable for awning damage.

Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

Yes, upon request I made a video on how to operate it.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Lots! usually people want to get it early on the day of departure. Check first, but most of the time that is preferred for me.
Q.Do I need a special license to drive that monster and is it hard?
A.
No CDL required. It is very easy to drive. Not much harder than a large SUV. But, the back does swing out while turning and the most common damage is leaving fuel stops, turning too sharp, and bashing the back corner into the yellow guards. Also, avoid going backwards without someone outside watching.
Driving it is quite simple.
It does have an exhaust brake making going downhills safer and eliminates terror by going too fast
