This ultra lite bunk house is perfect for families looking to get away. It's light weight makes it towable by most SUVs. Up front there is a queen bed and there are 2 bunks in the back. Each of the beds has its own USB jacks to keep your devices charged. The dinette can be converted for additional sleeping option, ideally for a child or smaller person. The kitchen contains a propane stove, microwave, sink, coffee maker, and a refrigerator with small freezer. The trailer includes a Roku TV, TV Antenna, and Bluetooth CD/DVD player with both indoor and outdoor speakers. The trailer also has air conditioning and a motorized awning.This unit comes well-stocked for your enjoyment. The kitchen comes stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, and utensils. All bedding as well as bath and hand towels are included. This trailer is ideal for sites that have hookups.The trailer uses a 2" Ball and a 7-pin connection. Washington state requires an electric brake controller on the towing vehicle.I do work 8-5 PM, so pickup will generally be after 6:30 PM. I am available to do the walk-through prior to the pickup date to facilitate an earlier pickup time, so please inquire if necessary. For drop-off, we are flexible depending on whether or not the trailer is reserved for pickup the following day.We are Pet-Friendly but please ensure your pet is flea-treated, and pets are not to be left alone in the unit.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

I do work 8-5 PM, so pickup will generally be after 6:30 PM. With advanced notice, I may be able to arrange an earlier pickup. Please inquire if necessary. For drop-off, we are flexible depending on whether or not the trailer is reserved for pickup the following day.
