Completely renovated for the 21st century. All the fabric has been redone and the interior has been painted and new flooring installed. A/C blows cold so you can camp during the warmer months and there is a small space heater included that can be used when camping during the colder months. There is a small refrigerator inside the camper that holds a small amount of food so we can also include a separate refrigerator that holds much more food if you would like. There is a three burner propane stove and a sink in the kitchen area. Both pull out beds are queen size and the dinette table converts to a single bed and the seating area to the right of the inside of the camper also converts to a single bed. There is no bathroom inside or outside of the camper. Electric hookups to connect to campsite electricity and hose connections to connect to campsite water hookup for the sink. Plenty of storage space under the seats. Tires have very good tread and their is a brand new spare. No leaks or tears in the canvases. No leaks or cracks in the roof. Overall in very good shape. Kept in a carport out of the elements. The curtains are also included and kept folded in the storage spaces. Utensils and kitchen ware is included. Otros detalles importantesOnly small pets please.
