-No climbing on trailer roof (if suspected $400 penalty from security deposit) -No festivals (if suspected it went to a festival, we will charge a $500 penalty from security deposit) -No cooking bacon or other greasy items inside the trailer (outside portable camping grill and 4ft table provided) (if suspected, we will charge $500 from security deposit) -No pets over 40 pounds. 2 pets max (if pets are not approved, we will charge $500 from security deposit for deep clean) -No pets left unattended in the trailer. Any damage incurred will be taken out of security deposit (Outdoorsy offers $69 interior protection covers $1500 of damage, this needs to be purchased if your bringing a pet) -No smoking, vaping, or any drug use of any kind. If any signs of smoking, we take the $750 security deposit to purchase remediation and plus other service fees incurred. -All rentals need to be in well establish locations. If we feel us, the trailer, or others are unsafe in the location, we will not drop the trailer. (We can cancel the reservation and it will follow the cancellation policy) -If something happens, let us help you by being one of your first phone calls (after everything is safe)
