- You're welcome to use the powered awning, but it is at your own risk. We'll show you how to extend/retract it, so it's your responsibility to make sure to put it away in heavy winds to avoid expensive damage.
-All rentals need to be in well establish locations. If we feel us, the trailer, or others are unsafe in the location, we will not drop the trailer.
-If something happens, let us help you by being one of your first phone calls.Please Read (Dry Camping information). If you are Dry camping, which is staying in a location where is no hook-ups, water, power, or dumping station. If you do not plan to dump septic tanks when returning please select our Set for Success plan which includes full water & propane fillups and waste dumping upon return. These options are optional for pick up rentals only. Delivery rentals please select set up for success in add ons as well as generator rental. Use of personal generator is not permitted for ALL rental types if use of personal generator happens it will lead to forfeit of deposit. Please investigate the area where you will be staying to see what types of hook ups are offered.

Responsive and helpful communication
Hosts, including Chris and Nicole, provided excellent communication, FaceTiming guests to assist with trailer setup and stocking the camper with essentials.
Modern with some maintenance issues
The modern trailer featured new amenities and a fireplace/heater, but guests reported non-functioning kitchen lights, an unusable bedroom TV, an uncomfortable mattress, and a broken table.

4.0Amazing communication from the host, Chris. He even FaceTimed us when setting up our trailer as we were still on the road. Very helpful and kind! The trailer got the job done, but had a couple flaws... All the lights in the kitchen area were not working during our stay. Also the listing shows a tv in the bedroom however it did not come with a remote and was in factory reset mode so it was unable to be used the entire trip. Last make sure you bring your own supplies! They had a couple items such as some kitchen items, trash bags, wipes, toilet paper and paper towel, but not the best quality of stuff and not a lot of each items. Overall we had a great time, just a couple things I want to list for future people staying here.

3.0Host was great. RV, not so much. Mattress was too big for the space and not comfortable, Cleaning supplies were very minimal, no dish soap, 1 roll of toilet paper only for 5 day rental, no broom and pan, broken table but was informed. It eventually collapsed when I used it for my work station. Needed an outdoor carpet at the door. Dusty.

5.0This is the BEST camper around! It felt more like a home than a camper, in fact … so beautifully done inside. Modern and everything is new and in working condition. Nicole had anything and everything you could think of for our camping experience/trip. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a small family or just a couple looking for a very comfortable place to stay! The TV in the master bedroom is the perfect size … the fireplace/heater is so beyond wonderful too!

Hookups are available on the drivers side of the vehicle and are labeled for your convenience. During the drop-off process, we'll gladly give you a tour and every important detail you could need to make your trip the best one yet!
