Please Read Rules Down Below!!!I want everyone to enjoy the experience of camping because of how simple it is. That's why I make renting this van out as simple as possible. I see so many listings with so many different fees and addons that it's really hard to figure out if you are getting the best price. Only 20-30 minutes from LAX and 10 minutes from LGB. Equipped with 200W of Solar Panels, it is perfect for charging phones, laptops, refrigerators and more. It also has a brand new engine so you don't have to worry about it breaking down. That's why mine is all included so you can hit the road knowing you won't get hit with any hidden fees.Please Read Rules Down Below!!!Are you looking for the perfect "80's Experience." Look no further than this 1987 Volkswagen Westfalia Vanagon! This classic van has been beautifully maintained, includes all original interior and is ready to take you and your friends or family wherever your wanderlust leads you - whether that be to the beach, the mountains, the desert, or beyond.Why is this Van so much better than the others on Outdoorsy. Well, it includes an Automatic transmission, allowing you to only focus on the road. The car has a brand new engine so you don't have to worry about it breaking down. Lastly, it is my passion car so I maintain it and make sure its clean as a baby, it might look old but it smells and feels new.I also have the best cassettes in the game, surprisingly that is the number one thing people love about the van.SEO: these do not matter

- It is a vintage car so please drive it that way. Understand that even though it is a new engine the max speed is around 60-75ish MPH and up hills it MUST go around 45-50 MPG.
- I recommend not renting if you are driving through the Grapevine, I would rather you take the 101. Why? 101 is more scenic and it usually takes the same amount of time as the Grapevine, plus the Grapevine is a prime spot for overheating, it can be a pain and extremely expensive to tow the car back, making it a hassle for both parties. Let me know if you are, I would still love for you to rent the van.

I am usually pretty flexible, I understand that things happen or you just want to enjoy every minute of the trip. Just let me know in advanced so I can work around it. Thank you.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

Realize that the gas and brakes aren't as reactive as a modern car, it takes some time to adjust so set aside some time to drive around the neighborhood to get used to it.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
This van is only made for dry camping, I am trying to add more accessibility for water and electricity. But for now it is just a generator.
