Lorenzo was an awesome host. He provided me with a thorough walk through and gave me all the details that would be important during my trip. The camper was very clean and organized. He made sure that I had all the equipment I would need to tow the camper safely. He helped attach the camper to my SUV and made sure everything worked well. The amenities worked great from the shower to the stove and the AC were perfect. I had one question during my trip and he responded within minutes. I couldn't have asked more from my experience and I would definitely rent from Lorenzo again without hesitation.

To begin with the rental of the unit.1. The owner took longer than expected to inspect and walk around trailer. Then, he tells me about the anti-sway bars for towing. He seemed to not know how his own accessories work for the towing. Once we get to the campground. The power breaker dropped several times.. All my kids had on was A/C, and interior lights along with 2 phone chargers. After explaining situation to the owner. Then he disclosed that 2 power outlets didn't work and haven't worked for a while. I told him thats a significant electrical issue like open ground, loose wire, bad connection, etc. Im a mechanic so I know a few things. He insisted that the campground power supply was the problem even when he knew two outlets didn't work. If I would have known this information prior I would have at least taken my generator but we ended up stuck up there with limited power. Then on the way back we had car trouble climbing up the grapevine on the 5 Fwy. We communicated all this, we sent picture of where we were. It was night and all the shops were closed. We told him we just needed to wait for stores to open so we can get the part we need and get the trailer back to him and he insisted on getting his trailer back that night and had us on the phone most of the night, not to help us but to see if someone else could tow his trailer back to him right away. When all the options were exhausted he said he would get his trailer himself so we sat and waited for him stranded on the grapevine without sleep until 6am so we could give him his keys and he took pictures of the trailer. It was as simple as waiting a few hours for the store to open but he kept us awake the entire night at a trucker stop off the highway so he could get his trailer back and left us stranded.

Nice camper and the host made the process very smooth. He remained readily available for any questions that arose.

Lorenzo was a very attentive host, always getting back to us quickly with answers to our questions. He thoroughly explained everything about the trailer, including when we had questions during our trip. The trailer was in good shape, extremely well stocked and easy to use. There were a few minor issues such as broken glides on one of the drawers (it was still useable though), one outlet that did not work, and a small leak under the bathroom sink that we were able to fix. We spoke with Lorenzo about these issues and he said he was going to get them fixed. With the issues fixed we would definitely rent the trailer again.

As a first-time RV trailer renter, I wasn't sure what to expect, but Lorenzo made the entire process incredibly easy. He was responsive, easy to communicate with, and took the time to walk me through everything from start to finish. It was clear he genuinely wanted to make sure I felt comfortable and confident before hitting the road. Thank you!
