Just let me know and I’ll send you a quote with that discount already added in.Qué incluyeWe’ve taken time to cater to ourselves while we are taking a break from the real world and we’d love to help you enjoy that opportunity too!The rental comes with all the regular accessories needed to camp at a full hookup campsite (fresh water hose, water pressure regulator, water filter, 30 amp power cord, surge protector, waste hose, etc). It comes furnished with creature features like a walk around queen sized bed in the master bedroom, 2 double bunks for the kids, a dining room table with seating for four, a comfy sofa and a tv to watch movies during inclement weather. It’s equipped with a full kitchen (freezer & fridge, double deep well sink, gas range & oven, and microwave) and a full bathroom.The rig also comes outfitted with air conditioning, a gas furnace, solar panels, free propane usage, an indoor/outdoor speaker system, and a furrion rear view camera system to use while driving.There are stabilizer jacks on all four corners to keep it stabile during you stay. It comes with the use of an Equal-I-Zer weight distribution hitch that helps keep the rig level and limits trailer sway while driving. If you’d like to use your own hitch, the trailer requires a 2 5/16 ball.We’ve also take the time to appoint the rig with the things you typically need to bring along to cook and clean up with afterwards, and some things to help you have fun while you’re in the outdoors including: dishes, pots & pans, and silverware. We provide some movies, games, a hammock, and a gas outdoor fire pit for use during fire bans where you can’t build a wood fire.We do ask that you provide your own linens during your stay (towels, sheets and blankets).I do have a generator and offer unlimited use during your rental period. I ask that you check and add oil during your rental period every so often so the generator doesn’t seize. It is a Champion 4500 watt inverter duel fuel model. It should provide you all the power you need to operate the RV off grid completely. This is an add on for $30/day.RecomendacionesOne of our most memorable trips was to Mount Rushmore SD. We loved the Black Hills and we recommend Rafter J Bar Ranch resort, they were excellent. Locally, we love Mueller State Park near Divide, CO. The views are incredible up there.Keep in mind when booking your camp sites that this is a 30ft trailer and requires 30 AMP power for full hookups.Otros detalles importantesNo smoking, no parties. Minimum age to rent is 25 yrs old.Must have class 4 receiver hitch and a trailer brake controller installed on a tow vehicle with a minimum trailering capacity of 6000lbs (over 7000 recommended) and 500 lbs of tongue weight. If you are not sure what your vehicle capabilities are, give me a call or email and I can help verify with you. If you have a lifted truck, my hitch may not work depending on how high it sits.Note: the stabilizer jacks are not for leveling the travel trailer they are for stabilizing the rig after it’s level. The trailer must be level in order for the fridge/freezer and the plumbing to work. I have a written set of instructions that outline how to level the trailer that you’ll receive before you depart.Additional Fees: The following fees will be charged against the security deposit on the rental if returned without dumping the grey/black water tanks or the rv is returned dirty. There are also other fees as described below that you agree to by renting the RV. Repair work performed as a result of returning the RV in a damaged condition may be performed by the owner or a licensed repair shop at the owners discretion. We bought our Jayco bunkhouse after we rented on Outdoorsy and would love to help others enjoy the outdoors too. So far our favorite trip was to Mount Rushmore/Black Hills. It was a beautiful drive.
