*owner reserves the right to deny booking for any reason * 1. Driver Requirements: Proof of ability to operate the unit is required. If not provided, delivery and setup are mandatory. 2. Carpet Cleaning/Damage: • Muddy or soiled carpets incur a $25 cleaning fee per instance, up to $1,500 if carpets require replacement due to damage. 3. Fuel and Propane: • The unit is delivered with a full diesel tank, minus fuel used for delivery. The renter must return it full, or a $2.25/L fee applies to top off the tank. • The unit is delivered with 150L of propane. The renter is responsible for refilling propane at their cost. If returned less than full, a $2.25/L fee applies. 4. Smoking Policy: Smoking or marijuana use inside the unit results in 100% forfeiture of the $1,500 deposit. 5. Approved Drivers: You must be an approved driver prior to booking the unit. No exceptions. 6. Rental Extras: • Items such as camp stove, chairs, table, gas fire pit, tent, etc., must be returned with the unit and undamaged. • A $175 charge per missing or damaged item will be deducted from the deposit. 7. Payment: The full deposit and all fees must be paid before keys are provided for the rental. 8. Awning Use: Awning use is weather-dependent. It must be retracted and secured during inclement weather, overnight, or when the unit is unattended. • Ensure the awning is properly stowed before travel to avoid damage. 9. Washer/Dryer Use: The onboard washer/dryer requires connection to city water, power, sewer and an open grey water drain. Failure to open the grey water valve may cause cabin flooding, resulting in additional charges. 10. Repairs: Contact the rental provider for any issues before attempting repairs. Unauthorized repairs may incur charges. 11. Key Loss: A $500 charge applies. Note: All charges will be deducted from the deposit where applicable. Same day rental/pickup - you must be a verified driver. Not all requests can be accommodated.
