We have a 2018 Zinger 28BH by Crossroads available for rent. It's in great condition inside and out. It sleeps up to 10 people, and it is also very spacious while the slide is out. The bathroom is accessible from either door with the slide in. Our camper has outdoor speakers with an LED-lit awning, along with an outdoor HOT-Cold shower compartment. An external connection for city water and cable TV is built in as well. The (scalding) hot water heater works wonderfully and will not run out of hot water during a shower. The kitchen offers a lot of usable space and washing dishes is very easy. An additional TV is mounted in the master bedroom. For your convenience we have connected an Amazon Fire Stick or Chromecast Streaming Stick to both TVs. Additionally, there is an over the air antenna mounted to the roof. At this time we prefer to deliver the camper to your selected campsite and will pick it up when you are ready to check out. Delivery fee TBD based on distance. Long distance delivery is available for an additional fee. We are happy to go over how to use the camper at the time of delivery. The camper comes fully accessorized and is stocked with all the things we would want to have on hand for a camping trip, particularly cast iron cookware. If your party is large, then additional camping chairs would be advised. We also advise warm-weather sleeping bags for more than 5 people. Cats and dogs are fine as long as no damage is done to camper. Should questions arise during the term of the rental don't hesitate to get in touch with us.Note: A Barker RV Dump Caddy (32 gallon) will be provided for all trips longer than two nights or otherwise upon request. To give context to the value of this, we recently learned that septic trucks visit equine events and charge $75 to dump the tanks on an RV.Note: If unit is returned dirty a small cleaning fee will be assessed, however, if it is filthy then a larger fee will be assessed.
