Your Home Sweet Anywhere is here!This custom built Transit Connect is the perfect home on the road for weekend warriors or adventurous solo travelers dying to try out van life.Fully equipped with 200W solar, an inverter and an isolator to charge the battery when you drive, you’ll never run out of juice. You’ll have 4 120V outlets and 2 USB outlets to keep all your devices going. The front bench is also built with loft hardware to convert into the perfect desk space.You’ll feel all the coziness of home in the twin sized pull out bed, with high density memory foam mattress and organic cotton pillows and blankets. Snuggle up to get those zzz’s or convert the bed into a loveseat for a movie night.To maximize space, you’ve got a full pull out kitchen as well. This includes a large two burner propane stove, collapsible sink, 7 gallon water tank, pantry, and 12V Fridge/Freezer. You’ll also have a set of 4 zero waste bamboo bowls, cutlery, and straws, as well as cookware. Zero waste kitchen items and cleaning supplies are also supplied.Other features include a dimmable touch controlled light switch, recessed lights, custom flooring, a multi-setting MaxxAir fan, and battery monitor. And you can enjoy a hot shower anywhere with a battery powered rainfall shower head! Closer to the city you can enjoy Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area for great hiking and climbing. A half-hour drive will take you to Valley of Fire State Park, and an hour outside the city you can cool off at Lake Mead. It's also a 4.5 hour drive to Los Angeles and a 5 hour drive to San Diego.If you're staying in the city, renting a van is a great way to enjoy the strip! Many of the hotels, like Circus, Circus Hotel & Casino and The Orleans have RV parking right on the strip. Enjoy the nightlife with a little bit of freedom, too!For more of a journey, head up north to Duluth or Ely, MN. Duluth is a great place to get a mixture of nature and city with a visit to Tettegouche State Park, which has some great swimming/cliff jumping spots right on Lake Superior! From Ely, Voyaguers National Park is a short drive, and so worth it.
