From bedding to pots and pans to camping chairs and BBQ basics.We strive to provide all the necessary conveniences to make you vacation Fun and memorable.This Thor Motor Coach Vegas model 25.3 class A gas motorhome features a rear bedroom with side queen bed slide out, a rear corner bath, plus all of the amenities you need to comfortably spend time on the go.As you enter there is a 32" LED TV above the door. This can easily be viewed from the Dream Dinette that is straight ahead. The dinette features seat belts for safety while traveling, and it easily makes into a bed that measures 42" x 74" for an extra guest.To the left of the entry door find a kitchen where you can conveniently prepare and cook meals. There is a round sink, a counter space along with a flip up counter-top extension, a pull-out pantry, and two burner range with microwave/convection oven. There are also plenty of overhead cabinets and lower cupboards and drawers for dishes and things. The refrigerator is on the opposite side beside the Dream Dinette.Slide open the doors to enter the private rear bedroom. Here you will find plenty of closet space in the two closets that are opposite one another. Enjoy a great night's rest on the queen bed slide which is along the road side wall. A 32" LED TV is on the opposite wall for easy viewing from bed.A rear private corner bathroom includes a shower, a toilet, sink, and overhead cabinets. You will love the convenience of your own on board bath!If you need an additional sleeping space, the drop-down overhead bunk above the cab provides a 38" x 73" sleeping space for an added guest.Outside you can watch your favorite television show while enjoying the great outdoors, plus so much more!

Please note the following restrictions:
• No smoking
• No climbing on latter, it’s only to service the RV
• Travel is NOT permitted to Mexico, New York City, Manhattan, and Canada
• Large Festivals/concert venues must be authorized by owner (Burning man, EDC, Coachella etc.)
• Insurance must be purchased through the platform
• Travel off road on non-public, unpaved and/or “logging roads” are Not permitted ant any time
• Death Valley: Due to the extreme temperatures, traveling in or traversing Death Valley is not permitted June -August. Travel is permitted January-April and September-December.
• Winter: Travel during winter months is permitted, depending on location. However, customer is fully responsible for any damage due to systems freezing.
• Summer: Travel in summer months and /or in extreme temperatures can strain motor home systems such as roof and dash air conditioners, generator, and refrigerator. We maintain our motor home systems to accommodate all weather conditions; however, Renters should be made aware that performance of motor home systems under Extreme conditions cannot be guaranteed. Anything over 95 degrees and below 40 degrees is considered extreme.
• Unleaded gas only!! If ETHANOL is used in gas tank, we will charge a minimum of $2500.00 for damages done to the catalytic converter, O2 sensor and for draining the gas tank.
• At the end of your trip, please return RV on time and in the same clean condition as was given to you. Free of trash, Black and Grey tanks are both dumped and empty. And with a full tank of gas.
• Travel light -please pack your belongings in duffle bags or back packs.
• Just bring food and enjoy

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Our posted rules are for guest pick-up and return at noon, however we're pretty flexible with reasonable requests in advance (the earlier we know, the more accommodating we are)! We are located in a secured, gated storage facility and their access hours change seasonally, but generally we can accept returns up to an hour before dark, or the gate closes, whichever is earlier....does that make sense?
