We have enjoyed camping for 20 years with many great memories with our families. We want to share the camping experience with others. Go camping in our large Toyhauler with plenty of room for the family! Including a private bedroom with a walk around king size bed. Sleeps 6 comfortably with 1 queen size bunk bed and folding sofa in rear and fold down couch that is perfect for a child. Enjoy the comforts of home including a full kitchen, bathroom and TV with DVD player. DVD player only plays regular DVD not Blu-Rays.It will fit a 4 seat side by side. Garage is 16' long. Gvwr is 12,800 lbs. your truck must be rated to haul that much weight, no exceptions! Load leveling and sway control hitch included.We are still stocking our coach but we have limited pots, pans, utensils board games and DVD's. Linens and towels not included.Fresh water tank is 98 gallons. Grey water is 60 gallons. Black water is 30 gallons. Fuel station is 30 gallons. Dual 30lb propane tanks.RV needs to be returned in the same condition as rented or fees are subject to be withdrawn from the security deposit.Extra fees.
One time cleaning fee of $75 will be waived if you return clean. Please treat our home as your own.
