To keep our rig in great shape for everyone, please follow these rules: Rules for Our Rig No Smoking — Absolutely no smoking inside or near the vehicle. If smoke remediation is required, the deposit will be held until cleaning is completed. A $100 service fee applies; any remaining balance will be refunded. Tickets, Tolls & Tows — You are responsible for all citations, tolls, towing, or impound fees. Tire Damage — The renter is responsible for tire damage unless proven due to owner negligence. The tire must be returned for professional evaluation. "This vehicle is equipped with a GPS tracking system. By renting this vehicle, you agree to allow the owner to monitor vehicle location during the rental period. This tracking is used for security of the vehicle, recovery, claims, insurance and to ensure vehicle compliance with Outdoorsy terms of service". • Under no circumstances may the Vehicle be operated in rugged terrain or used in the sport of off-roading. Guest is responsible for ensuring that the roadway is in suitable condition regardless of map, GPS or other indications such that the Vehicle will not be damaged by traversing the roadway. If the Host provides a driver for the Vehicle, the Guest remains responsible for all damage to the Vehicle, missing equipment, down time, and the Host’s administrative expenses connected with damage regardless of whether or not the Guest or the Host-provided driver is at fault. Any violation of these terms will result in loss of excess insurance or other protection coverage(s). No rock crawling. No heavy mud trailing. No river crossing. No technical off-roading trails. No off-roading that includes: tall rock ledges, deeply eroded ruts, tight switchbacks, exposed slopes, off-camber washouts, dry waterfalls, and/or other technical obstacle. •Absolutely no smoking inside the Tent or Truck.
