2020 Coachmen Leprechaun 260RS

-Cleanliness is my priority, not only in my first home but my second home as well! The RV will go through a strict and thorough cleaning and sanitation process inside and out before sending out. -ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING PERMITTED IN OR AROUND THE COACH -RV will be stocked with fresh bedding, towels, and all kitchen items for up to 7 people. RV is expected to be returned in clean condition, as received. An excess cleaning fee of $95/hr may be charged for removal of trash, fecal matter, urine, stains, sand, and mud. Gas, fresh water and propane will be FULL when you receive it and I expect gas and propane to be FULL when it is returned, with grey and black water tanks EMPTY unless you pay the Convenience Pre-Pay refill/dump fee. -Remember to empty the tanks at your last RV park. NO SMOKING inside at all, NO roof access, NO shoes on furniture, NO towing. RV does not have a GPS for insurance purposes. -Please note that this is a rental vehicle and minor cosmetic wear and tear is imminent. If anything breaks during your rental, notify me immediately and do not attempt to make any repairs without my approval. -Renter is responsible for all damages incurred during the rental period including damages due to improper clearance above or below unit. -Mexico travel is NOT permitted. -Pick-up/drop-off time are flexible given notice. You will be charged $25hr every half hour past scheduled Pick-up/drop-off time. -If returned more than one hour after scheduled return time, and I have another rental within 24 hours, a fee of $250.00 will be charged. -If you are in a collision and it is your fault, insurance will cover the damages (up to their limits). If it is the other vehicle's driver's fault, you must get the insurance information and contact information of the other driver and take photographs of insurance cards, driver's licenses, A police report, and vehicle damage so we can hold the other driver's insurance responsible. -Pets on a case-by-case basis only - must adhere to camps
