Imagine your kids sleeping in their own private bunkhouse which includes up to 3 bunks, 2 large, built in, dog kennels for Fido (or extra storage) and becomes 3rd bunk when needed. Plenty of room for storage including a dresser for all of their belongings. This travel trailer also provides a very large private master bedroom w/ sliding door. It has a queen bed slide with nightstands on both sides, a wardrobe, and a dresser. The unique floorplan with front and rear doors, allows easy access to the bed, and ample room for dressing, a rare feature in a bunkhouse! The main living and kitchen area includes a U-shaped dinette for you to enjoy your meals and a 60" hide-a-bed sofa. The cook will love the countertop extension, and the outdoor kitchen and gas grill for cooking while spending time around the campfire! LED lighted canopy and indoor/outdoor entertainment system. Very spacious, great for families, and groups. -No smoking OF ANY KIND (including vapes) in or around units. Please be mindful of the campfire smoke as well and keep the door closed when possible.
-No climbing on the ladders or roof.
-Do not place items, such as fishing poles etc. up against trailers, as they can scratch the paint.
-No moving the trailer after delivery.
-A/C: RV A/C takes a while to initially cool the camper down...this is typical of camper A/C. Tips to assist in faster cooling: keep shades, down and the doors and windows closed.
-Please DO NOT remove mattress covers from beds. Please use provided mattress pad/bottom sheet for fold out sofa and dining table bed.
-If you are dry camping or in a partial hook up site, please keep in mind that trailers have limited waste water storage. Please monitor your tank gauges to avoid any extra costs. Only approved rapid dissolve RV toilet paper is to be used. No wipes, feminine products, etc. can be flushed under any circumstances. A $250 MINIMUM CHARGE WILL APPLY.PETS: Only pre-approved pets allowed. Sorry no cats. Please indicate if you plan to bring your furry friend(s). Pets may NOT be left unattended inside the RV unless in a kennel.RV TOILET: Please do NOT put anything down the toilet other than the supplied toilet paper or rapid dissolving RV toilet paper. No wet wipes, feminine products, paper towels, etc. Minimum of $250 fee will be deducted from your security deposit for any foreign matter deposited into the RV toilet.SMOKING: No smoking of any kind is allowed in any of our RVs. Violation of this rule will result in minimum $250 fee deducted from your security deposit. If you're enjoying a campfire near the RV we kindly ask that you close the RV doors and windows to avoid letting campfire smoke entering the RV.CAMPER RETURN: If you follow our checkout checklist, it will ensure that your security deposit will be promptly returned in full. We provide a broom & dustpan, cordless vacuum a spray-mop, all-purpose cleaner and cleaning cloths for your use. Please leave any unused supplies for the next camper.SECURITY DEPOSIT: The full or partial $750 security deposit hold will be released within 7 days of your departure unless it is held due to damages.
