3This was a family vacation to the national parks in Utah. Overall we had a good time; unfortunately, most of the negative moments were related to our RV. For example: - Sitting under a tree in a parking lot in 110-degree heat while we waited for the generator to cool down after popping the fuse while running the AC on the freeway. We were warned it might happen because of the heat, and maybe there's no avoiding it, but still, it wasn't a fun way to start the trip. - Being awakened about every fifteen minutes one night by a beep from the carbon monoxide detector because it wasn't getting enough power from the battery for some reason. - Climbing on the roof in the dark to hold the slide-cover roller while the slide was extended so that it didn't get stuck because the bracket was broken. (Other nights and mornings I found I was able to do this while standing on the driver's side step and reaching up, but I am 6' 3".) - Stopping on the side of the freeway to tear off a long rubber strip that came loose from the driver's side edge of the RV and was flapping in the wind into the next lane. - Resorting to using utensils to prop up broken window shades one hot night at a campground without electricity to get some fresh air inside, then being awakened when one of my sleeping kids accidentally knocked the utensil out of place and the shade came down hard. :) - Nervously watching the check engine light as we drove through the middle of nowhere. The owner told us it might come on and, if it did, it didn't mean anything. And nothing bad happened. But when you're 100 miles from the next town, it's still nerve-wracking. There were a few smaller things as well, like malfunctioning display lights that meant we didn't know how full one of our tanks was. None of these things ruined our trip. They were minor to moderate annoyances. But I guess we expected a 2022 model to have fewer issues. I supposed it's been used heavily in that time. There is good to mention, too. The RV is roomy with lots of amenities. Luiza was quite responsive, usually texting back within five or ten minutes when we had a question or concern along the way, which was much appreciated. We actually were slated for a smaller, older rig originally, but that one came down with technical issues just three days before our trip. Thankfully, Outdoorsy's support team was amazing. I can't say enough about how they stepped in to help, contacting us regularly until they found a suitable replacement. They covered the price difference, which in this case meant paying over half the cost of Luiza's RV. I mention this because here's one way of looking at it: considering we got this RV for much less than it goes for, the issues we had with it only annoyed us. If we had paid full price, I think we would be quite upset at what we got. I did share a detailed list of issues with the owner. I don't believe she was aware of all of them. Now that she is, hopefully she will address them. At least future renters will know what to ask about before they book. The last question of this review process asks: Would you recommend this vehicle? Since only "yes" or "no" are accepted as answers, I'm checking "no." However, if the main issues are fixed--or at least mentioned in the description and the price adjusted accordingly--I would gladly change my answer to "yes."

5This was our first RV experience. It was an amazing two weeks on the road. There was a bit of a learning curve with figuring out all of the nuances of using an RV, but Luiza was very patient and helpful. She answered questions over the phone and via text and was able to walk us through some of our challenges with setting up and using the RV at the campgrounds. She made the pick-up and drop-off process effortless and was very kind and helpful. This was an absolutely incredible trip, and we had a wonderful experience.
