Tyler was an amazing host, both helping with preparation before the trip, easy pickup and return of the vehicle. Very helpful during the trip as well with helping us understand the rvs equipment at night time! Thank you very much 5/5 no doubt!

What a great experience from start to finish. Tyler was great answering questions and communicating up to, through and during the trip. The vehicle was as described and functioned well. Be sure to get a walk through on operating the furnace/water heater it just seems a bit complicated to me. The bed up top was a great space but very firm so only slept up there one night. My wife and I spent 7 nights in the unit celebrating our 10 year anniversary. We boon-docked, stayed in a expensive resort, and in standard campgrounds, the unit was great for all those different spaces. Take the trip, and do it in this van!

Very nice road trip during 15 days in the national parks with this RV.
Super good communication with Tyler and very reactive when we needed it.
Very quick handling of the RV saved us a lot of time on the first day.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are flexible on pick up and drop off times if the times stated do not work for you.
Q.Does the RV need to be retuned cleaned?
A.
Yes. Unless you buy the cleaning fee add on of $200.00. That includes interior and exterior to be cleaned upon return.
Q.Do I need to dump the tanks upon return?
A.
Yes. Unless you purchase the dump the tanks fee add on of $75.00. That includes black and gray tanks.
Q.Do you have a list of items included inside the Solis?
A.
Yes. Once booked I will send a list of items inside the Solis as well as a walk through video on how to operate the RV.
