I’m going to leave a fair review for a very bad experience. Pros: The host is very nice and responds quick via text The water runs Propane provided Tank full Has all connections for electric, sewer and water Had kitchen supplies but NO coffee maker that we could find Bed/mattress was ok AC worked if we had battery Bedding and towels in unit Cons: - Battery didn’t hold a charge and this is the reason for a lot of issues below - TV broken day 1 when we plugged it in at home before we left to heck it bc when we picked up the unit had n power. The host told us to come by and pick an extra TV instead of offering to bring it to us so we bought a TV on the way bc it was out of our way to pick it up but couldn’t use it due to battery for half the trip anyway - Refrigerator went out on day 2 and we had to throw out meat and other unsafe items (due to battery) - when we plugged in at our first campground there was a humming noise from the electrical box, spent half the day trying to fix things the host asked us to do. Finally had to get a mechanic who said the power converter was out which basically meant our battery wasn’t going to charge unless we left our truck running. So unless we had battery, nothing worked (AC, outlets, etc). The part took 2 days to arrive and we were going to our next stop next day. - so to be able to actually use the trailer, we had to buy a $100+ Battery charger for rest of trip but it required an electrical outlet at an rv campground - shower goes from scalding hot to cold so that was fun - towels and linens did not smell fresh and the unit really wasn’t clean bc when I wiped up a little water off the floor day 1 the paper towel was super dirty - toilet paper holder falling off wall - and as an added bonus, on the way home the trailer tire shredded and the spare tire wasn’t mounted, so we had to pay to get it mounted on the wheel at a truck stop (still haven’t been reimbursed and it’s been 5 days since drop off) Thankfully my husband is handy, but it sucked spending a lot of our vacation trying to fix someone else’s trailer. It was inconvenient and really affected our vacation. We received an apology from the hosts but that was it. No offer of partial refund for all the problems and they told us that’s RV life. I hope they fix all these issues before the next renter. We will probably never rent through outdoorsy again.

The trailer is very nice, clean and comes with basic essentials to get you started. The hosts are fantastic very responsive to issue concerns and questions. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great time - this was the perfect amount of space for our family of 4 and our pup! Everything worked perfectly and having pots/pans/dishes/utensils as well as towels and bedding provided made packing much easier! Owners were also very responsive and helpful when our schedule shifted. We would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend!

The house was very friendly and accommodating with pickup and communication. Everything was as described and a pleasant rental experience five stars for sure!
