My family and I had an amazing experience renting an RV from Michael and Katie over the Christmas holiday! From the very beginning, they were incredibly responsive and patient, answering all my questions which made the entire process stress-free. At drop-off, they were so friendly and kind, and the setup was quick and easy. The RV itself was perfect, super comfortable, convenient, and made for a wonderful family trip. We ended up leaving a day earlier than planned, and Michael and Katie were extremely understanding and cooperative. They walked us through the paperwork clearly and made everything simple. What truly stood out was their thoughtfulness they went above and beyond by preparing little gift bags for my family and I. They even included toys for our little ones to enjoy. That personal touch meant so much to us! I rented this trailer for a camping trip to California. I have to say this host set the bar high. He had everything set up and ready to go. I initially did not think I was going to need a generator and he actually drove out to California to deliver one. He and his wife were very professional, extremely communicative and helpful. I look forward to renting from him again. The trailer was clean and most day to day necessities you would need are most likely already on the trailer for you.
