Michael met guests at the airport, provided tutorials, was responsive to communications and issues (even off-hours), and was accommodating for pickup and drop-off, calming pre-trip stresses.

5.0Michael was such a great host! He met us at the Airport with 'Elroy' and after a quick tutorial, we were off. We had a such a memorable trip. The ability to camp off grid and still have amenities like a bathroom, shower, heat and hot water made the whole experience that much more enjoyable. The van was just as described, and was equipped with everything we needed. I wouldn't hesitate to rent another van from Michael in the future.

5.0I am an over planner. I knew my wife and I would be in this camper for almost three weeks for our 'Mighty 5' trip and I was very concerned about getting into something we didn't like. I touched base with several owners before connecting with Michael and he was, hands-down, the most communicative and patient. First - the platform. Winnebago on top of the Mercedes chassis made this a no brainer. The 'off-grid' features of this camper were necessary since most of the National Parks (and several of the State Parks) do not have any hookups, including electricity. Who cares, when driving to the next trailhead and back charged all the systems. A little planning around water - and the 'necessities' were taken care of. I'm over 6' and the bed worked for me. I'm not going to oversell the bed - it is a camper after all, but after our busy days hiking and biking, sleeping was not a problem. I waffled on the StarLink for weeks before reserving it. WOW! It was amazing and I would even say necessary if you need to get online. So FAST! We only had one issue with the camper for the whole 3 weeks ... and guess what. It was user error. About 3 texts with Michael and all was resolved (sorry for waking you Michael :-) ) Finally - the host. I kinda referenced him above, he was incredible. He calmed my stresses and by the time we dropped of "Elroy", I felt like we were friends. I had been texting and messaging him for months prior to arriving, we had a seemless pickup, any communications on the road were responded to very quickly, and he was very accommodating for the drop-off. I've even started pestering him about expanding his business to El Paso for our next National Park road trip next spring!

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

The Revel offers excellent onboard battery storage that charges off solar and while driving for boondocking and off-grid adventures. For shore power, the electric cable can accommodate 30 Amp input. Clean water capacity is 34 gallons, and Grey Water capacity is 21g. The REVEL uses a convenient toilet cassette, not requiring any hook-up.

No worries at all and very common. Prior to arrival, please review the link(s) that will be provided to the excellent videos produced by Winnebago. Upon arrival, we will perform a full orientation and ensure your comfort. While on your adventure, I am available to answer any questions, plus I have developed a Troubleshooting guide onboard and Roadside assistance is available.

Your rental includes unlimited miles when traveling through the United States. For Canada, please review your personal insurance coverage. All RVs are GPS monitored and travel outside of these locations is not permitted. The renter will be solely responsible for the return of the RV to the drop off point in the event of damage, loss or disability.
