• No pets or animals of any kind. Our family has pet allergies. A $1000 deep clean fee will be applied to the rental. • No smoking of any kind inside the RV or in close proximity of outside of the RV. A $1500 deep clean fee will be applied to the rental. • No festivals of any kind. This includes No Burning Man. • Please do not climb on top of the RV as damage may occur. Any damage done will be repaired at the expense of the renter. • Please respect the pick up and drop off time. I have to go to work and need appropriate time to check out and check in the RV. Late fees will be incurred and deducted from the deposit at a rate of $50 per 30 min and minimum of $50. • Failure to empty and clean the black and grey tanks will result in a flat $150 convenience fee and deducted from the deposit. • Failure to refill the gas tank will result in a flat $250 convenience fee and deducted from the deposit. • Failure to refill the propane tank will result in a flat $75 convenience fee and deducted from the deposit. • Renter gets 100 miles for each night of rental. Any total mileage above that is 50 cents/mile. • Any damage to the awning will be at the expense of the renter up to the cost of replacement. • Please complete a walk around the RV to ensure it is prepped for travel, this includes looking underneath to ensure the leveling jacks have retracted.
