5.0Our overall experience was great!!!!! The host was super friendly and explained everything with the RV upon first meeting. He responded most messages within 24 hours. On the last day of the trip we needed the gate code to the RV Center so after we drop off we could leave; I called 6 times but nothing. We eventually asked someone to let us out so everything was fine in the end! The RV drove great, and looked like its pictures.
