The ac work, the space can be heated with an inside small space heater. It is vintage and sweet, park close to a restroom and shower, all it has is a small sink inside. The kitchen stove can be installed inside or outside for cooking. Comes with pots and pans, soap and carpets. Great camper for family or a small group of friends. Has fishing poles and tackle.
