Excellent communication, delivery service
Brooke and Jon provided great communication, were prompt with setup/takedown, and offered convenient delivery and pickup of the RV. They proactively informed about issues like the non-working AC.

5.0Beautiful, clean, cozy, and modern RV, with all the amenities. Our kiddos loved hanging out in the RV, especially in the bunk! Brooke and Jon were AWESOME!! Super nice, thorough, and helpful. So easy to work with, and they even delivered and picked up the RV for us! We loved staying in their cozy camper and they made the whole thing so easy & seamless. If we ever need to rent an RV again, they will definitely be our choice again!

4.0They were prompt to set up and take down. Their communication during the entire process was great. However the AC didn't work, I was notified that it didn't work 3 days before my trip. Thankfully it wasn't a hot weekend. She did provide a fan and I also brought my own. I was expecting real dishes and silverware, instead of paper plates. Thankfully as an experienced camper I did throw in my own kitchen dishes. Soap, pots, paper towels, plastic utensils, and dish soap n bedding was provided. There were some broken items like curtains, mini blinds, handles. The trailer was dusty and still had finger prints on windows, counter tops. I don't think it was professionally cleaned..however since it was pet free, I'd rent again from them mainly because they were wonderful, kind and easy to commuicate with.
