The Tent Trailer is to be as clean when vacated as it was when it was first occupied. If it requires cleaning that takes one hour or less, a $100.00 cleaning charge is deducted from the damage deposit. If it’s excessively dirty, requiring more than one hour of cleaning, a cleaning charge of $200.00 is deducted from the damage deposit.

5The rental was very convenient and easy to set up Rachel and her husband both were very accommodating. Overall I am very satisfied. As everything was clean and organized. Super friendly and kind people!. We will definitely rent from them again.

5What a great little trailer! It's very spacious with lots of room, large beds and lots of storage. It came equipped with everything needed to have an enjoyable and comfortable camping trip. Fridge worked great, didn't need to use the the furnace. Rachel was easy to deal with and gave a full run through of how everything worked. She was even flexible with the return time, which meant alot. Would definitely rent this trailer again!
