RV had bald tires and when I brought to host’s attention they acted like they didn’t care because some service guy said it’ll last the season. It also had electrical issues and triggered wiring issue warnings in my vehicle which the host brushed off my concerns and said it was new truck problems but it did it for both my truck and Tahoe and it doesn’t do it when we pull other trailers.

Host and unit were great. Minor problem with the door latch. Outdoorsy horible. Both owner and I agreed that insurance for a stationary trailer was not needed. Both gave Outdoorsy waivers and I provided a copy of my non owneed insurance rider. Outdoorsy never refunded my premium. Will not book through them again.

Was everything we needed. Well equipped and comfortable trailer. Easy pick up and drop off. Appreciated the communication and friendly service :)

RV is in excellent shape. All our inquiries were addressed quickly. I used the drop off option with no issues at all. I highly recommend this RV. Thanks Randy & Chandra for the excellent service ;).
