- 1 Queen bed in the master bedroom with his/her closets and a sliding privacy door.
-bunk house with a privacy sliding door with twin bunk beds, a pull out couch and a top bunk twin bed (total 4 twin beds in the bunk house)
-2 full/queen fold out beds (1 dinettte & 1 couch)
Travel Trailer Amenities:
50 amp hook-up
2 air conditioners (master bedroom seperate unit)
Indoor fire place
Sound bar with Indoor/ outdoor speakers
Large U-shaped dinette that seats 6 people
32" inch Roku TV in living space
Blackout shades on windows
Tinted windows
Dual entry doors (bathroom and main entry)
20ft power awning
Outdoor griddle and mini-fridge
Outdoor shower hook-upThe camper comes fully stocked for all of your families basic needs:
-Site hook up (sewer hoses, water lines, electric cords and levelers)
-Basic stocked kitchen including:
•silverware, plates, bowls, cups, mixing bowls, measuring utensils, mixing spoons, spatulas, knives, pizza cutter, can opener, bottle opener, pots and pans, cookie sheets, trash bags, basic cleaning supplies, hand soap, oven mitt, pott holder, first aid kit, and basic seasonings.
-Outdoor cooking utensils
-All mattresses have protectors
-Each bed is provided with sheets, 1 blanket and a pillow (total 5 pillows). Need to bring additional pillows and blankets. (Additional sheets and blanket for pullout couches are provided as needed).
-Outdoor rug
-2 outdoor chairs
-A few indoor family games for the rainy days.
-4 smore and hotdog sticks
-Camper safe toilet paper provided. (1 roll per night)
-1 roll of paper towels provided.
-Toaster
-Coffee Maker with filtersIt needs to be noted that if you are starting or ending a rental during the week, we are not able to deliver or pick up until 5pm.

No pets allowedDelivery and setup is required to be performed by us. Allowing for your vacation to start as soon as you get to your campsite!
Delivery Fee:
It is $160 fee for delivery, set up, take down and pick-up within 50 miles.
Any mile past 50 miles is charged $3/per mile.
Additional fee of $50 will also be added for a black tank dump/clean out if there is no sewage hook-up at the indicated campsite.
